We are a company that was founded on December 7, 2021, we are located in the Department of Loreto, Province of Maynas, District of Iquitos - Perù.
Our work system is based on the treatment of fish under the traditional system, our fish go through a quality control before being shipped, this process makes us have the best quality fish in the peruvian amazon.
During these 2 years of hard work, we have positioned ourselves as one of the best companies for the commercialization of Amazonian ornamental fish in the Peruvian Amazon, we have clients, both National and international (Japan, China, Hong Kong,Vietnam,Malaysia, Mexico,Poland), below we present our terms of work.
GENERAL TRADE TERMS.
Packing:
We bring our fish from Iquitos to Lima. We usually make final packing in our wharehouse in
Lima. This reduces TRANSIT TIME to final destination by 8 hours, compared to those who
ship directly from Iquitos.
We may ship in NORMAL bags (1 bag per box), Half Bags (2 bags per box) and Quarter bags
(4 bags per box). Eventually, we may use individual bags for our fish, depending on fish
characteristics: aggressiveness, territoriality, stress, etc.
We pack our fish in above mentioned polyethylene bags, in strong polyestyrene boxes (1"
thick) of (42Ax 42L x 25h = $8) with average 8.5 Kg per box. We pack 2 boxes (one above the
other) in a strong master carton (44Ax 44L x 54h = $30) and avaeage 17 kg per carton.
For JUMBO specimens, larger than normal boxes, we usually build special light wood boxes
with 1" polyesthyrene liners. In this case, we will inform the size, approx. weight and the cost
we will charge our BUYER for each box.
Shipping Charges:
Besides cost of packing materials, we have certain shipping expences that we charge to our BUYERS.
These expences correspond to CUSTOMS CHARGES, FORWARDING AGENT commission and
Fishery Authorities tax. Total amount is $280.00.
We will also charge you cost of Local Freight Iquitos - Lima (equivalent to approx $1.33/kg).
If our BUYER requires any additional shipping documents or certificates (of origin, of health, etc.), we will
charge the net cost of them to our BUYER.
Minimum Order:
There are certain shipping expences that we do not charge our BUYERS. We usually take care of them. So
this makes necesary to establish a MINIMUM ORDER size to enable us to absorbe these charges. We have
set this in 14 boxes (7 master cartons) or $2,000.00 FOB amount, per order and per shipment.
Payment:
After you make your order, we will send you our Proform Invoice showing all the species we will ship and
all the expences we will charge you, for your final approval. Then we will request you 80% payment in
advance to confirm your order, to be credited in our account by SWIFT or TELEX TRANSFER.
Your shipment will follow within the next 7 or 10 days from the date your payment is credited in our account.
If you find any DOA fish in your shipment, this should be clearly reported to us (with clear and detailed
photos or videos) within 24 hours from arrival time. In this case, DOA will be replaced (with the same
species or with different species for equivalent amount, at BUYER's option) in your very next order, or you
may discount this from balance.
Balance (20%) should be paid to us within 3 days after arrival of fish.
After some business experiece with each of our customers, we may certainly revise and consider much more
